Gas Analyzers

Our activities are woven around continuous gas analyzers that have proven track record of service under stringent process conditions. All the analyzers are fitted with unique “micro flow sensor” that has no moving parts – leading to very low drift and stable operation over a number of years without need to replace sensor. ULTRAMAT23

Multi component single beam NDIR analyser for upto three IR components and with electrochemical long life sensor for Oxygen. Unique AUTOCAL with ambient air eliminates need for frequent Gas cylinder based calibrations. Available as portable desktop as well as 19” version.


SERIES 6 ANALYSERS

Series 6 analyzers are characterized by an elaborate menu based operator interface and four configurable ranges. The instruments of this type come as 19” rack mountable as well as in Field Housing. The field housing can be easily made Ex-p with purge units satisfying various specifications.
The analyser models are:

OXYMAT6 : Paramagnetic O2
OXYMAT61 (only 19”) : Low cost paramagnetic O2
ULTRAMAT 6 : NDIR, double beam
CALOMAT 6 : TCD for binary mixtures
FIDAMAT (only 19”) : FID analyser for total HC
OXYMAT/ULTRAMAT6 : NDIR and Paramagnetic in single 19” Housing

 
 

Laser diode analyser LDS

Fast, non-intrusive measurements of gas concentrations and temperatures, performed in-Situ  are the domain of the diode laser analyser LDS.

Neither changing process gas composition, high process gas temperature extremes nor fluctuating dust load have any considerable influence on the measurement in wide ranges.

Up to three in-situ cross duct sensors can be connected to one LDS analyser upto 1000m.

The list of gases that can be measured with diode lasers has gases like O2, NH3, HCl, HF, H2O, CO, CO2, H2S, CH4, and the list is continuously growing
