HEAT TREATMENT

Stromtek supplies Gas analyzers and systems for the furnace atmosphere monitoring for Heat treating process and quality control. Our supplies cover:

LDS Applications

Electrofilter
Protection by fast monitoring in real time of CO in flue gas, with In-situ Laser Gas Analyzer has resulted in safety of ESP at many Installations.

Coal Bins safety
The fast and accurate detection of excess CO prevents Coal bin fires by prompt inert flushing.

DeNOx Plants
Ammonia slip must be limited due to DeNOx downstream impacts associated with corrosion, fouling, or ammonia levels on ash, or in the case of gas-fired applications, ammonia slip is limited by regulatory limits. Multipoint. NH3 slip monitoring is important even for power plants that sell fly ash for use in cement.LDS6 provides an ideal solution.
